Curb the anarchy on our roads

Finally someone has made a move to start curbing the anarchy on our roads.  Afriforum has taken the bold step of accepting pictures taken with your mobile phone of taxis breaking the law.  They will then lay the complaint, and follow up with the investigation.

It is about time that something is done.  But also very sad that the authorities, who we're paying to do this, cannot take the initiative.  There is a sore need for better management in government, so they can maybe, just maybe, start keeping with the times.  Technology is evolving, and you have to use it to make your life easier.

So, dear government, when will you start keeping with the times?
