The emails you send go and multiply somewhere else, and then come back to you. It is amazing how the volume goes down when I’m out of office doing focus work.

The old man section had no divisions, so I had some serious competition. For a first try I think I handled myself OK.
I love this feature of Strava, gives you a nice overview of your year of sport, where you can track it.
